Played one season in the Cascade Conference for the Mounties at EOU in La Grande, Oregon, under Head Coach Wes McAllister • Transferred to FPU after the program was suddenly cut in 2006

Graduated from Lemoore HS in 2003 • Played two seasons of varsity baseball and was named the MVP of his team in the 2003 season. • Named to the All League team as a Utility player • Selected to East-West All- Star Game
